Here is a screen capture of the editing window you see after you have pressed the "New Post" button on your blog:
Click the icon indicated by the number 1 arrow to upload an image. Click the icon indicated by the number 2 arrow to upload a video.
Below is a video I've uploaded directly from Youtube. It's a visualization of the Barcelona Pavilion using the computer game engine UE4; the quality is amazing, especially when you keep in mind that as a computer game environment you would be able to walk around it wherever you like ... it's also VR ready, so you could put your Oculus Rift on or your HTC Vive and go for a virtual site visit.
